Thanks for stopping by today! I believe that food makes memories. Every time I make these brownies, I think about my Grandma. I remember spending time with her, eating these in her kitchen. So make these brownies! And make some memories!
Grandma’s Chocolate Brownies
1 cup butter
1/3 C. Unsweetened Cocoa
2 C. Sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 C. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, cocoa and sugar. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Spread into a greased and floured 9×13″ pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Take brownies out of the oven. Turn oven off. Cover brownies with small marshmallows. (You may not use entire bag) Put brownies with marshmallows back into oven for 5 min. Cool brownies. Frost once brownies are completely cooled.
Frosting
1/2 bag powdered sugar
1/3 C. unsweetened cocoa
3 TBSP. butter
3 TBSP. milk

Mix all ingredients together. If frosting is too thick, add more milk. If frosting is too thin, add more powdered sugar.
